High Performance Teams
Team work is hard. High performing teams don’t just happen. They require training and skill building. Throwing a bunch of people together and calling them “a team,” is like putting a bunch of people on a playground and calling it a game. Someone will get hurt, some will leave, some will bully, some will remain quiet and become invisible. No one will have fun.
Team coaching will support teams to work interdependently, in balance, with efficiency and become results-oriented.
High Performance Teams require:
A culture that is articulated and communicated
Role definitions
Ground rules
Boundaries
Understanding styles of communication
Methods for conflict resolution
Practice
Is your team high performing, or just bumbling along? Are people getting hurt? Is anyone having fun? Is your team getting good results, great results or no results?
Does your team need a coach? Most do, if they want to have fun, become high performing, and win!
